Wash, peel and clean carrots allowing a bit of the stem to remain. Saute carrots in heated pan with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add vegetable broth and lemon juice, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes or until tender. Wash thyme sprigs and shake off excess water. Pull apart and sprinkle over carrots. Drizzle Bio Selection bio forest/blossom honey over carrots and cook until desired tenderness. Allow the honey to coat and glaze carrots evenly.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Ready to serve!
