Bring the milk with the open vanilla bean and brown sugar to a boil. Rinse the millet in a sieve and add to milk mixture. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from burner and let it stand for a further 10-15 minutes. Add more milk if the millet is not fully saturated. Fluff with a fork and remove vanilla bean.
Wash strawberries and cut into slices. Peel bananas and cut into slices. Mix the walnuts, hazelnuts and sesame seeds together.
Fill four bowls evenly with the millet and cover with nut mixture. Serve with a drizzle of Honigmayr’s Fine Selection blossom honey.
